Chicken BarBeQue
Our 50th Year!
One of the big community events of the summer, each year for the past 49 years, the church has put on a Chicken Barbeque.
For just a few dollars, folks enjoy a moist tender barbequed half-chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, cranberry sauce, beverage and dessert!
It all happens in the outdoor splendor of the pine grove adjacent to the old East Freetown Fire Station. We've only had rain twice in 49 years!!
Always the third Saturday in July.
In 2008, mark your calendar for July 19 from 5-7 P.M.
Won't you join us? Participate in a piece of Yankee tradition!
