CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
Sunday School meets on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Sundays at 9:00 a.m. The children enjoy a balance of instruction from the Scriptures, crafts, videos, songs, and games, all of which are part of a well-rounded Christian formation. Our dedicated staff is vetted and experienced to ensure the safest and most inspiring Christian education for the children.
Ages are from 4 to 14. The children perform a skit and sing in the worship service in December and May. Sunday School is in session from September through the middle of May.
Vacation Bible School gathers on one Saturday in August and explores exotic settings that whet the appetite for the school year and provide fun insights into the teachings of the Gospel.
Adult Bible Study is Wednesday at 9:30am. We move book by book through the Old and New Testaments. Pastor Don is the instructor.
Book Study is at 3:15 on Thursdays. We study a variety of the latest books by Christian authors including Christopher Wright, Mark Greene, Lisa Terkeurst, Cynthia Campbell, NT Wright, Tim Keller, Mark Batterson, Philip Yancey, Max Lucado, and many more.
Each Lent since 2007, we have participated with area churches in Wednesday Evening Ecumenical Lenten Bible Studies, Soup is at 6:00, Brief Worship at 6:45, Study at 7:00.
