The Mission Committee of EFCCC supports many missions locally, regionally, and internationally.

 

Some of these include:

 

World Vision International
(International) Purchase of Bibles to tell the story of Jesus & the
glory of God’s work to children throughout the world, in their own languages.

 

Seafarer’s Friend 
(National) Seafarer’s Friend which meets the unmet spiritual, social and practical needs of seafarers in the New England Maritime Community.

 

Pastor Wilbins Maginet and the Congregational-Christian Churches of Grande Anse, Haiti
(International) Food, fuel for his ministry to the Churches of
Jeremie (Bonbon & Ravine Sable).

 

Southern New England Women's Home of Teen Challenge
(Local) Teen Challenge in combating addiction by changing lives spiritually, physically, and emotionally. There is always hope in Jesus.

Special Touch Ministries
(Culturally Other) Committed to serving people with intellectual or 
physical disabilities, & offers a premiere faith-based vacation/retreat experience for them & their families.

 

Angel Tree Ministry
(National) A program of Prison Fellowship, reaches out to the
children of prisoners and their families with the love of Christ.

 

Maine Seacoast Mission
(National) Provides access to medical, dental, spiritual,
educational, & crisis services to the ME islands.

 

Red Cloud Indian School
(Culturally Other) Holistic, high-quality education of mind & spirit by
providing spiritual solutions to life's greatest challenges.

 

Mennonite Disaster Service
(National) A volunteer network of Anabaptist Christian churches responding to those affected by natural and man-made disasters in the U.S. and Canada.

 

Mobile Ministries
(Local) Helping homeless and lost in the local area with food, prayer, and basic needs.

 

Friends of the Unborn 
(Culturally Other) A home where young expecting women are given
shelter, food, parental training, Bible teaching, life skills & anything else needed to become successful mothers.
